CNX Coal Resources LP has acquired an additional 5 percent undivided interest in the Pennsylvania Mining Complex (PAMC) and associated infrastructure from CONSOL Energy for $88.8 million.The acquisition increased the CNX Coal’s undivided interest in the PAMC to 25 percent.
