MAS Gold Finalizes Acquisition of Comstock Metals’ Preview SW Gold Property, Canada
MAS Gold Corp. has completed the acquisition of the Preview SW Gold Property from Comstock Metals Ltd.
The 843-hectare Preview SW property is contiguous with MAS’s Preview North property in the La Ronge Gold Belt of northeastern Saskatchewan, both of which are located within the Mineral Exploration Zone of Lac La Ronge Provincial Park.
Vancouver-based MAS issued 30 million shares to Comstock in exchange for 100 percent of its interest in the project.
Comstock CEO Steven Goldman will be joining the board at MAS, effective immediately.
“It gives me great pleasure to add Steven to our board. His vast experience is going to make a great addition to our team at Mas Gold and we look forward to having him join,” MAS Gold CEO Jim Engdahl said in a statement.
MAS Gold operates four properties in the the geologically prospective La Ronge gold belt of Saskatchewan, including the Preview-North, Greywacke Lake, Elizabeth Lake and Henry Lake projects.
