Hyperion Metals Completes A$24 Million Placement to Advance Its Critical Mineral Project, Tennessee
Hyperion Metals Limited has received commitments to place 20 million shares at an issue price of A$1.20 per share to institutional, sophisticated and professional investors to raise gross proceeds of A$24 million.
Proceeds from the placement will be used to accelerate the scale-up and commercialization of Hyperion’s titanium metal and metal powder technologies and for the advancement of Hyperion’s Titan Critical Mineral Project located in Tennessee.
