Mike Nelson
Nelson will be headquartered in McMurray, PA and will be primarily responsible for providing solutions to the quarries and mines in the Upper Appalachian, Ohio River, and the Illinois Basin. Nelson has more than 10 years’ experience as a supplier of goods and services to the mines in the Upper Appalachian and Ohio River regions.

Randall M. Orchard
Orchard will be headquartered in Shelby, North Carolina and will be primarily responsible for providing operations management. While Orchard’s responsibilities far exceed just the mining market segment, Orchard will serve as a member of the support team to that segment as well. With more than 15 years of manufacturing experience in none crimped fabrics and nonwovens, Orchard is a perfect fit for HUESKER. Orchard spent his last 10 years at Saertex USA as operations manager an ISO 2001 certified German/American manufacturer located in Huntersville, NC. Orchard will improve process control by utilizing his knowledge and skills acquired over his 15 years of direct manufacturing experience.

While HUESKER is investing human resources in the mining market segment, the company simultaneously understands resources need to be applied in other market segments as well. HUESKER, in keeping with their desire to be customer focused and provide the best engineering, product and services recently engaged a long time veteran of the industry. HUESKER is proud to announce a new partnership with Frank Pace, P.E., CPESC, principal of Pace Consulting Group based in Kansas City, MO. Pace brings more than 25 years’ experience in geosynthetic and erosion control design, project management, construction and sales. He has agreed to represent HUESKER, Inc. in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Pace will be promoting HUESKER’s industry leading and robust line of high strength geotextiles, geogrids along with its geocomposites, dewatering bags & tubes, and GEC’s (geotextile encased columns) to the engineering community & DOT’s in this region. He will also be supporting HUESKER’s existing distribution partners within the aforementioned states.
