Eagle Graphite Appoints Daryl Wood as Chief Financial Officer

Eagle Graphite Incorporated has appointed Daryl Wood as chief financial officer (CFO) and corporate secretary, effective October 1, 2015. Wood replaces Dan Hamilton, who resigned effective September 30, 2015.
Daryl Wood is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years’ experience in senior financial roles, and is based in British Columbia.
Hamilton has agreed to assist the company during the transition of financial and accounting responsibilities to Wood and his team.
