Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine to Host Halloween Haunted Mine Tour, W.Va.

Beckley’s Haunted Mine will open this year on October 19th. Visitors can take part in the haunting event from 6-10 p.m. The event is hosted once again by the Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine. Staff have transformed the site into a Halloween themed scarefest.
People will be able to travel along the underground passageway while being frightened by zombies and nightmare inducing clowns. High School students will receive a discount on October 20th. October 25th will see discounts for everyone who attends. Free candy will be given away on the 26th and the final night of the attraction will by the 27th.
Tickets are priced at $15, but the discounted price will be only $10. All proceeds benefit the summer season at Theatre West Virginia. Volunteers are needed for the Haunted Mine.
