RETURN BELT CLEANING
Protect the inside belt cover from spillage and debris

A clean return belt means extended life for belting and less wear on components. The Richwood Gravity V-Plow, Sidekick Diagonal Plow, and the Mangnum Diagonal Plow remove material spillage from inside the return belt preventing debris from becoming trapped between the belt and conveyor pulleys. They can be used on any conveyor where a plow type cleaner is required.

Richwood V-Plows and Diagonal Plows are self-adjusting and use Richwood’s specially formulated R2000 blade media for best performance and optimal wear life.

FRONT RUNNER PRECLEANER

The Richwood Front Runner Precleaner has a compact design for ease of fit in all applications.

Conveyor belts have an increasing amount of demands placed on them. The fastest conveyors in the world are running up to 3000 fpm, though most generally run between 300-500 fpm.
