Yellowhead Mining Appoints David McGoey as Chief Financial Officer

Yellowhead Mining Inc. has appointed David McGoey chief financial officer of the company, effective as of February 1, 2016, upon the departure of Lori Price.
David McGoey will oversee the financial aspects of the care and maintenance program. McGoey has more than 25 years of professional experience including 10 years of experience as a director on boards of public companies as well as serving as the chief financial officer of other public companies. McGoey holds a bachelor of commerce (honors) degree, two professional accounting designations (CA and CPA (Illinois)), his ICD.D designation, and has attended additional professional education courses on governance and compensation issues for directors.
