Fatality at Rosebud Mining’s Kocjancic Coal Mine, Pennsylvania

A coal miner died Tuesday afternoon in an accident a Rosebud Mining facility in Jefferson County.
The Jefferson County Coroner said the 27-year-old man, whose name has not yet been released, was pronounced dead outside the Kocjancic Mine in Snyder Township.

No details of the 4:00 P.M. accident were immediately available.
No cause of death has been determined pending an autopsy Wednesday, the coroner said.
