Eriez 5-Star Service Repairs Processing Equipment Manufactured by Eriez and Its Competitors

Eriez® 5-Star Service® capabilities include rebuild/repair of a wide range of equipment manufactured by both Eriez and competitor companies. According to Eriez, the company is currently experiencing a rise in requests for service of non-Eriez equipment.
The 15,000-square-foot Eriez 5-Star Service Center, located in Erie, Pennsylvania, is fully staffed and equipped to repair and rebuild magnetic separators, feeders, conveyors, screeners and classifiers, metal detectors, eddy current separators, lifting magnets, magnetic coolant cleaners, magnetic belt conveyors, magnetic chip and parts conveyors and more. On-site field service is also available anytime, even on short notice.
“When it comes to competitor equipment, we see suspended electromagnets and lifting magnets most frequently. Whether a piece of equipment is manufactured by Eriez or a competitor, our expert team will restore it to ‘like new’ condition. When necessary, many departments come together to get the job done,” said Eric Taylor, supervisor - Remanufacturing Services.
Eriez 5-Star Service provides complete testing, diagnostics, tear-down, inspection and updated electronics and assemblies. All rebuilt Eriez equipment leaves with a one year “as new” warranty. Coils for Eriez 7000 Series Suspended Electromagnets come with a five year warranty.
Through the 5-Star Service Program, customers get the resources and materials they need — right at their fingertips — with downloadable parts lists, equipment installation and operation manuals and other information available online. The Eriez team is also available 24/7 through the 5-Star Service hotline.
