BASF Arctic Gel Now Available Through Strata Worldwide, Quickly Eliminates Unwanted Water

Through a new agreement with BASF Corporation, Strata Worldwide now offers a fast and easy way to remove nuisance water from the work site.
Arctic Gel is a superabsorbent polymer applied in granular form onto water. It quickly absorbs and retains the water, transforming into a lightweight, transparent gel. At this point, it can be manually or mechanically scooped away. Arctic Gel expands at a ratio of 300:1; one pound of powder absorbs approximately 36 gallons of water.
Arctic Gel is equally effective underground or on the surface, and is 100 percent environmentally safe and toxin-free. No special precautions or Hazmat procedures are required. Underground mines can safely deposit gel onto belt drives to discard.
