West Mountain Environmental Corp. has appointed Tim Mahoney as the president and CEO of the company effective January 1, 2016. Since 2009, Mahoney has been a consultant to the company with a focus on corporate development. He will also serve as a director of the company commencing on January 1, 2016.

Paul Antle remains chairman of the board and will assist in transitioning Mahoney into his new role.

Senator George Furey has tendered his resignation as a director of the company at the same meeting given his new responsibilities as the Speaker of the Senate of Canada.
