Target Logistics Continues to Expand in the Permian Basin, Texas

Target Logistics Management, LLC, a global leader in remote accommodations and the largest provider of turnkey workforce housing in the U.S., has completed another 100-bed expansion to its Pecos Lodge in West Texas.
Along with the 100 single-occupancy rooms, complete with private rooms and bathrooms, 80 additional premium rooms will be added in October 2017 and will increase the lodge’s total capacity to 543 beds.
“We are continuing to meet the overwhelming demand from our customer base to attract and retain the top talent in the oil and gas industry by providing private, high-quality accommodations in the remote areas in which they operate,” said Target Logistics President and Chief Executive Officer Brad Archer.
“This expansion is another step forward in executing our plan to continue building out what is already the largest network of private accommodations in the Permian Basin,” added Archer.
The company completed another 100-bed expansion of the Pecos Lodge in November 2016 and continues to increase capacity in the Permian Basin. With these additional 180 premium rooms added to the Pecos Lodge, Target Logistics will own and/or operate 24 properties in the United States and Canada with more than 9,580 total beds.
As is the case with other Target Logistics properties, the Pecos Lodge is tailored to meet the needs of the customers operating in the local area, complete with a 24-hour dining room, around-the-clock security, controlled-entry access cards and private rooms. Target Logistics also maintains a “zero tolerance” drug and alcohol policy at all of their lodges.
