SRJ Acquires Air Control Entech Bolster Energy Industry Offering

SRJ Technologies has expanded its asset integrity offerings to the global energy sector, following the acquisition of leading advanced robotic inspection company, Air Control Entech (ACE).
ACE is a UK-based global provider of innovative inspection services for the oil and gas industry, utilizing custom unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and remote operating vehicles.
The acquisition will rapidly expand SRJ’s asset integrity products and services, with the variety of UAV’s and remotely operated vehicles supplementing SRJ’s variety of industry-leading technology, including BoltEx®.
SRJ Technologies CEO Alex Wood said the acquisition was another step in the company’s pathway to becoming a global leader in asset integrity solutions for the energy industry.
