RusTechnip Awarded EPC Contract at Gazprom Neft Refinery, Russia

RusTechnip has been awarded a service contract for the existing Gazprom Neft Refinery located in Omsk, Russia.

The scope of work covers the engineering, procurement and construction management services for the construction of a new Crude Distillation Unit – Vacuum Distillation Unit complex.

It will benefit from the knowledge gained during the FEED of the project, previously realized by the group.

This award validates Technip’s strategy of early involvement to design an effective project execution scheme.

“We are proud of this contract award, which is a strong recognition of our capabilities and dedication to build long lasting relationships with our clients. This contract reinforces Technip’s presence in the Russian market,” said Marco Villa, president of EMIA region at Technip.

RusTechnip is an operating joint-venture between Technip and a Rostec State Corporation subsidiary CJSC, Rustechexport.
