Rising Phoenix Capital, a boutique investment firm specializing in oil and gas royalty acquisitions, has launched the La Plata Peak Income Fund, a $20 million royalty fund. The announcement comes as the firm debuts its 9th fund at the NAPE Summit this week in Houston, Texas.
