Reliance Oilfield Services Acquires FMC Technologies’ North American Wireline Assets

Reliance Oilfield Services, LLC has completed the previously announced acquisition of FMC Technologies, Inc.’s wireline services business in the United States and Canada. After the transaction, Reliance now has approximately 200 employees in the United States and Canada and the company’s electric line and slickline fleet now consists of 78 units.

The company has corporate and field office locations in: Tulsa, Oklahoma; Norman, Oklahoma; Denver, Colorado; Fort Lupton, Colorado; Grand Junction, Colorado; Hobbs, New Mexico; Midland, Texas; Calgary, Alberta; Red Deer, Alberta; Whitecourt, Alberta; Medicine Hat, Alberta; Bonnyville, Alberta; Grand Prairie, Alberta; Estevan, Saskatchewan; and Taber, Alberta.
