Monomoy Capital Partners Acquires Tower Arch’s Stake in Creedence Energy Services

Tower Arch Capital has successfully exited it partnership with Creedence Energy Services by selling its stake to Monomoy Capital Partners, concluding a highly productive partnership that began in 2019.
Creedence Energy Services is a comprehensive, nationwide production and midstream chemicals service provider helping customers optimize production and protect assets across the oil and gas value chain via customized chemical programs. Creedence serves leading operators across the U.S., primarily in the Bakken, Permian, Anadarko, Haynesville, San Juan, and Powder River Basins, with 275+ team members across 22 locations serving more than 200 customers.
