Milestone Capital Enters Pipe Coating Industry with Acquisition of MCIP Industrial Enterprises

Milestone Capital, in collaboration with D2 Equity Capital, has acquired a majority interest in a newly formed entity specifically created to acquire the assets of MCIP Industrial Enterprises Corp.
This acquisition includes MCIP’s pipe coating plants in Pearland, Texas and will help position MCIP to be one of the fastest growing pipe coating companies in the Gulf Coast.
“We are excited to expand our portfolio of companies by bringing MCIP into the fold,” said Kelly Williams, managing director of Milestone Capital.
“MCIP has a reputation of quality of work and exceptional customer service, and we hope to build upon those foundations to make MCIP the ‘go to’ pipe coating facility in the Gulf Coast region,” added Williams.
Jeff Donaldson, a managing director of Milestone Capital, will serve as president and interim CEO of MCIP during the transition.

Milestone Capital and D2 Equity Capital have teamed up to make this transaction come together, and D2 founder Dennis Dunn will bring his operational and financial management experience to the newly formed team.
