Fluid Delivery Solutions Appoints David Christmas as Chief Executive Officer

Fluid Delivery Solutions (FDS), a leading oilfield water management company with operations across the Permian, Eagle Ford, Mid Continent, Marcellus, and Utica basins, has appointed David G. Christmas as chief executive officer.
David Christmas, who joins FDS from Schlumberger Limited, will work alongside the FDS board of directors to set the strategic direction of the business, while ensuring that the company continues to meet the growing needs of its customers. Christmas will also collaborate closely with co-presidents Jess Foshee and Philip Kuntz and executive vice president, Finance, Cody Compton, to further enhance FDS’s core service operations and capitalize on the evolving dynamics within the oilfield water management space.
“We are excited to have Dave join the leadership team at FDS at this critical juncture in the company’s growth, and believe his decades-long career at Schlumberger, including his most recent experience leading its Permian basin operations, uniquely position him to help drive value for all stakeholders,” said Dick Alario, executive chairman of FDS’s board of directors.
“Dave has proven himself as a leader across various segments of the oilfield value chain and we look forward to his many contributions to the team,” added Alario.
David Christmas brings more than 37 years of experience in oilfield water management, including more than three decades with Schlumberger Limited, where he held roles of increasing responsibility across divisions in the U.S. and abroad. Most recently, Christmas served as Schlumberger’s U.S. managing director and regional vice president, where he was responsible for leading the company’s business and operations in the Permian Basin.
