Fluid Delivery Solutions Acquires Raging Bull Oilfield Services

Fluid Delivery Solutions LLC (FDS) has acquired Raging Bull Oilfield Services LLC, a water transfer and equipment rental business focused on the Permian basin.
Established in 2012 and based in Carlsbad, New Mexico, Raging Bull has developed a reputation for safety, reliability and operational excellence by delivering top-tier customer service throughout the southeast New Mexico and West Texas regions.
“We look forward to partnering with the Raging Bull team and are excited to welcome them to the FDS family. We are eager to integrate Raging Bull’s capabilities to further enhance FDS’s expanded suite of oilfield water management solutions,” said Philip Kuntz, president and CFO of FDS.

Raging Bull will maintain its Carlsbad office and the Raging Bull team will retain their roles within the expanded organization.
Raging Bull represents FDS’s second acquisition in the Permian basin and third of 2016.
