EnerVest’s John B. Walker was named the 2015 EY Energy Entrepreneur of the Year for the Gulf Coast Area.
John Walker is founder and CEO of EnerVest, Ltd., and is Executive Chairman of EV Energy Partners, L.P.
The EY national and regional awards program recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in areas such as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and their communities. This is the first year Walker was nominated for the prestigious award, which is determined by a panel of independent judges.
