Energy Transfer Donates $75,000 to Hurricane Ida Relief Efforts

Energy Transfer has made a $75,000 donation to support the hurricane relief efforts of the American Red Cross and The Salvation Army in communities devastated by Hurricane Ida.
Energy Transfer donated $50,000 to the American Red Cross and $25,000 to The Salvation Army to help them meet the immediate needs of those impacted by Hurricane Ida by providing basic necessities such as food and shelter, as well as longer term support.
“This storm devastated so many communities and families. We are pleased to be able to provide additional support to these organizations for the critical work and long-term support they are doing to help so many,” said Chris Curia, executive vice president, Energy Transfer.
“Energy Transfer is a long-time supporter of both the American Red Cross and The Salvation Army, not only financially, but also through employee volunteer efforts and blood drives. We believe in the missions of these organizations and so greatly appreciate the work they do to help people recover and rebuild in their time of need,” added Curia.
