Ardiden Advances Canadian Lithium and Graphite Projects
Ardiden Ltd has completed the initial exploration programs at the Seymour Lake and Root Lake lithium projects and the Manitouwadge graphite project, all of which are located in Ontario, Canada.
The programs continue to deliver strong results as Ardiden advances its key Canadian lithium and graphite projects and plans for the next phase of development activities.
At Seymour Lake, the excavation program successfully identified numerous spodumene (lithium hosting) mineralization zones in the pegmatite exposures.
Final preparations are underway for an upcoming diamond drilling program at Seymour Lake, due to commence later this month.
Ardiden’s geological team has also completed the 2016 exploration at Root Lake, confirming the presence of broad zones of lithium, with one zone having an average grade of 2.49 percent lithium.
Further detailed exploration and mapping are planned to develop a better understanding of the project, which will be undertaken by Ardiden during next year’s field season.
Meanwhile, the company has completed structural and geotechnical analysis of drill core from its Manitouwadge graphite project, obtained during the 2015 drill program.
Preparations are now underway for an upcoming drilling program, which is due to commence late next month.
