Through its joint venture subsidiary business, Underground Mining Services Burkina Faso SARL, Parenti has signed a new five year contract for delivery of underground mining operations at the Siou and Wona areas of the Mana complex for SEMAFO Burkina Faso, a subsidiary of Endeavour Mining.

This contract is consistent with our guidance for FY25 and will contribute strongly in FY26 and beyond. Mana is a high-grade gold mine complex containing the Siou and Wona underground operations and is located in the highly prospective Houndé Greenstone Belt of Burkina Faso. African Underground Mining Services Burkina Faso SARL (AUMS) has been delivering underground mining and related support services at Mana since 2018. The expanded operations will be conducted through UMS, a joint venture company with Parenti’s Burkinabe partner, Dynamic Mining Supply SARL.
