Konecranes’ Chad Walker Becomes Certified Safety Professional

Konecranes’ Region Americas EHS Manager, Chad Walker, CSP, has completed all requirements for a Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) certification. This highly respected certification is awarded by BCSP to individuals who meet eligibility criteria and experience in the safety, health and environmental discipline and have passed two levels of examinations. Achieving a BCSP certification shows that the individual has mastered the core competency for professional safety practice.
Konecranes is a world leader in overhead lifting equipment and services. Walker is part of its Region Americas safety team, which oversees the environmental health & safety programs at Konecranes facilities nationwide. Walker is based in Middletown, Ohio.

BCSP credential holders are among the most highly trained, educated and experienced individuals in the safety field. A CSP certificate holder must recertify every five years to maintain the credential.
