Brazil’s Minas Gerais State Environmental Agency Goes on Strike
Verde Potash reports that the two unions that represent the civil servants of the Minas Gerais State Environmental Agency have decided to go on strike as of May 20, 2016. The unions’ main demands are improvements in career plans and salary increases for all levels of civil servants. The Minas Gerais State Environmental Agency is responsible, among other things, for the analyses and approval of environmental licenses.
