Black Stone Minerals Promotes Jeff Wood to President

Black Stone Minerals, L.P. has appointed Jeff Wood as president of the Partnership in addition to his current role as chief financial officer. Thomas L. Carter, Jr. will continue as Black Stone Minerals’ chief executive officer and chairman.
“Jeff brings more than 20 years of relevant leadership experience in the energy industry and has done an excellent job overseeing our financing strategy in his current position. I am excited for him to take a broader leadership role with this promotion to president, and look forward to working with him and the rest of our outstanding management team to continue to deliver value for Black Stone’s unit holders,” said Thomas Carter, chief executive officer and chairman.
