Albemarle Completes Sale of Metal Sulfides Business to Treibacher Industrie AG

Albemarle Corporation has successfully completed the sale of its Tribotecc metal sulfides business to Treibacher Industrie AG. The transaction included sites in Vienna and Arnoldstein, Austria and Tribotecc’s proprietary sulfide synthesis process.
